Here’s your powerhouse smoothie breakfast recipe
Peanut Butter Cookie Powerhouse Smoothie
* 1/2 cup of low fat milk (I use almond milk)
* 1/2 cup of water ( I use less for a thicker smoothie )
* 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
* 2 tbsp of chia seeds
* A pinch of salt ( I leave this one out )
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
