Tired of the same old salad? Here’s a can’t miss recipe sure to please everyone!

Caprese Summer Salad

what you will need:
Fresh unsalted mozzarella cheese
Grape tomatoes
1 red onion
Itialian spices – dry
Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing – low fat

Prepare the salad:

All ingredients go into a large salad bowl
Cut fresh mozzarella cheese into bite sized peices
Toss in grape tomatoes
Cut avacado into bite sized peices
Cut red onion in half then slice very thin
Sprinkle with italian seasoning to taste
Pour balsamic vinaigrette dressing to taste
Toss all together
Refrigerate atleast one hour
Serve with low fat, wheat pita bread
