Carrot cake overnight oats

Never have the  same boring breakfast!

Cake for breakfast? sort of

1 cup of gluten free oats ( regular if you can have them )

1 cup of milk ( your choice, almond, rice, coconut )

1 large carrot peeled and grated

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp mixed spice  (I used allspice – worked just as well )

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 large banana (mashed)

Mix all together in a container with lid and store in the fridge overnight

Serve it alone or top with nuts, seeds, flaked coconut or fruit
