Dr. David Pico
Dr. David Pico has been a chiropractor since 1993 and opened his private practice in New York City in 1995. He is an honors graduate of Life Chiropractic College in Georgia where he had the privilege of studying under and training with several of the profession’s top doctors. This unique clinical experience, combined with a complete understanding of the principles upon which make chiropractic a unique healing art such as homeostasis and the role of an optimum functioning nervous system in health have given Dr. Pico the ability to help patients at the highest level.
His compassion, warmth and commitment to patient results has gained him professional acclaim thru the celebrities, athletes and broadway stars who seek his care.
Dr. Pico is a member of the New York Chiropractic Council, The International Chiropractors Association and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
The son of educators, his father was an elementary school principal for thirty five years. Upon his passing his school was renamed in his honor The Pico Elementary School in Belleville NJ. Dr. Pico has made a personal commitment to continue his family tradition thru his chosen profession and gives his time and expertise to children with great passion and enthusiasm. He is actively engaged in ongoing health education programs for children such as Straighten Up America, Backpack Safety America, Chiropractic Career Days and as a guest speaker on health and wellness related topics in grades K-12.
Previously a board member of The Book Bank Foundation a literacy promotion non-profit, Dr. Pico is very excited to announce that he has recently joined the board of directors of the James Jay Dudley Luce Foundation. This foundation is committed to Arts, Education and Orphan care domestically and internationally.

Rose started practicing yoga in 1996 and discovered Iyengar yoga in 2002. She began teaching in 2011. She completed the 2-year teaching program run by the Iyengar Association of Greater New York under the tutelage of James Murphy, Tori Milner and Lara Warren. In September 2015 she was awarded full accreditation by the Iyengar Yoga Association of the US and is now recognized as a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. Rose’s teaching style is friendly, supportive, and kind. She welcomes all people to her classes - according to Rose “It’s never too late to take up yoga - and everyone can enjoy the space, stability and strength it can bring. It can also be a great way to support chiropractic adjustments.”
Originally from London, Rose moved to NYC with her husband Mike in 2009. They live downtown with their two cats.
